Starbucks - Christiansburg

I'm currently drinking the best Peach Green Tea Lemonade in the universe right now. It's not negotiable. This is the one. I got it at this Marketplace Starbucks so I have to give them props.If you haven't been to this location before, it can get busy during peak hours. The parking lot can be a squeeze too. But as long as you're not in a huge rush, this location is money.

If I order online it’s not ready when I get there. Even if I don’t arrive until after the time you tell me it will be ready. If I order it through DoorDash to be delivered, there’s at least a 50% chance the Dasher will go in and wait several minutes and leave without getting my order. I’m guessing it’s because they get the same treatment I do when I walk in. They just ignore you. I like Starbucks coffee and I thought ordering through DoorDash would be a way to still get the coffee without actually having to endure the lengthy wait and less than friendly or attentive service but nope. Even the door Dashers don’t want to deal with them so I still end up with a very lengthy wait and poor service. I think it’s time to start trying someone new. There are lots of coffee places. I think it’s time to start experimenting with some different choices.

Why is the phone always busy no one answers and my drink is constantly made incorrectly

I've never had an issue at this location. Yes, the wait can be god awful sometimes, but remember this is the only drive thru location in Christiansburg. The employees work hard and do their best with the time they can, and for so many people to rate them so low for being too busy just seems silly to me.Y'all are doing a great job! Don't let impatient people tear you down. This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area.

Grace, Rachel, and Monique provides excellent fast service! Grace gave me Keto food and drink options. She was very knowledgeable about the products offered at Starbucks!
