Jimmy John's - Christiansburg

My sub was left on a table table in the ER at lewis gale and no one was informed it was even delivered…instructions were left on the order with the name it was supposed to be given to. Very poor service, not what i paid for or gave you a tip for!! What a joke, do not get delivery from Jimmy Johns in Christiansburg Va!

Service was okay but the food wasn't great by any means. Small portion and just wasn't flavorful.Vegetarian options: Offers a veggie only sub

We wanted to apologize for coming in at 8:38pm before you close at 9pm. Olivia seemed really put off that we spent $30.64 on a few cheese sandwiches. We also seemed to have messed up her early trash takeout, as I heard her mention that multiple times.We love Jimmy johns but we hate rude service. Thanks.

While the food was great, the customer service is what really stood out to me. My fiancée left her wallet here and they stayed past closing to make sure I could pick it up saving me hours of driving. Yall have some real MVP employees super
