フィードバックを提供するTerrible customer service, the general manager terrible service and attitude. I bought half a chicken, I don't eat rice, I asked for it to be replaced with more beans, they told me they would charge me more and in the end they charged me and gave me rice that I didn't ask for and still with a bad attitude they told me to just throw away the rice.???? ?
Good for a quick bite when your craving rice and chicken
I haven’t gone to this location for a while even though it is the closest. I gave it another chance and last visit was surprisingly good, staff, food quality and portions were excellent. Maybe there was a management change? Let’s hope it was not a fluke.
My wife and I are so sick and tired of getting Uber eats from this location and getting less than half of the items. They always forget the fries, the RICE, sauces and other items.Even when you go in person, there is never anything in bright daylight, it’s not even closing time. UNACCEPTABLE.
Nothing wrong with the taste or food of this Pollo Tropical on 8th street, it’s just veryyyyy annoying that this particular location NEVER has fries, white rice, corn, etc like?? I have to drive to a farther one every time. I think those are things they should almost alwaysss have just like the rest of the locations:
