The staff were lovely, service amazing and the food was delicious! The Salmon had great flavours and the steak cooked to perfection, it just melts in your mouth

Typically, hotel food can be unpredictable, but Novotel Christchurch exceeded my expectations. The breakfasts were well-prepared, featuring an excellent selection of nuts, smoothies, and various other dishes. The staff also did a fantastic job!

We had a fantastic experience here, especially considering how new the restaurant is. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. For appetizers, we enjoyed the monkfish carpaccio with avocado and mussels, as well as an exceptionally well-presented venison pie. For our main course, the spicy prawn pasta was a standout. The dessert selection was so tempting that it was tough to choose! We will definitely be coming back.

The mains we ordered were great. The bread we ordered came hot from a microwave and turned to cardboard and rubbery when it cooled down. We would have preferred it came from a grill/oven as it would have still been edible after it cooled down.
