Muffin Break Barrington Mall

Lovely cabinet food. We had cheese scones, toasted sandwiches and coffee. Great food.

This appear to be the only franchise that doesn 't bother to ask customer if they want marshmallows in their macha. Staff just dumps it in the cup, whether you like or not. When I gave feedback, the girl was disinterested to take a note. Instead, she said twice it 's a franchise decision . Poor service or business policy.

Was served by someone called Sarah who was abhorrently rude, I was shocked and couldn't believe how abrupt and blatantly rude she was! Was a shame as other girls working there seemed willing to help, would have liked to have been served by one of those girls, was so bad I cancelled my order and left. Absolutely won’t return and will make sure others know of much better service in the same vicinity

The boy working there was great, highly recommend if your catching up with friends

While we are a fan of coffee breaks away from home, we always go out to have coffee with light lunch. Today my experience at Muffin Break at Barrington Mall has been very upsetting. First we had to come around to the front counter to get attention though staff saw us on the other side but did not direct us. Secondly, the tray was set and the staff walked away talking to other staff, she did not bother to tell me that my order was ready.. Thirdly, the drinks were cold. We wanted to enjoy hot drinks in this rainy weather but got surprised instead.
