Burger King Linwood - Christchurch

Update: I did send a polite email letting them know about this. 4 months later and I never got a response. How useless. It's just disappointing. Couldn't even go get food because they don't have their hours posted anywhere on their windows. Google hours were incorrect which for a business like this is pretty disappointing. Tried calling to confirm opening hours, but their number is disconnected. Also worth noting their hours aren't even posted at the restaurant itself. Very very disappointing from a major chain and lazy from store and upper management. Shoddily run business that doesn't care about it's customers.

Clean, tidy, great customer service, fast and efficient team, drink machine syrups were all on point. Food was hot and fresh!

Great friendly team, positive attitude compared to most fast food outlets. Food Is of acceptable quality. One burger we ordered was a bit over seasoned, you could taste the saltiness however overall the food was okay for burger king quality. One of the better BK's to go to.

Went through the drive through on Monday night around 9:15 and the guy who served us was great!! He went above and beyond!! Service is always amazing here and food is always fresh :

Waited for ages to be served inside. Namely because others were in line after coming back complaining about their meal. We ordered 2x BK Hawaiian chicken burger only to get home and it consisted of a bun with chicken, limp brown lettuce and NOTHING else…. No pineapple, bacon etc. Very poor and too far away to go back and remedy. I’d advise to keep driving past!!!!
