Slow food osteria closed, recognized among the best osterie d'italia. built in a period residence in the center, right on a lovely square, we enter and we are greeted with extreme sympathy and hospitality. very nice also the fact that some dishes are served and presented by the chef and sommelier tiziana tacchi, creator of this reality. good and special dishes, which are certainly not found in other premises. during the meal we appreciated how all the carry and raw materials used were explained to us, including the history of the bread that we serve. It is not the typical tavern we expected but it was a beautiful discovery. compliments for the excellent quality of raw materials

In the forgotten closed excels this slow food tavern that with its dishes of the Tuscan tradition makes you reconcile with the world. All excellent, from raw materials to the way of working them. All deserve praise for this place.

We ate a great Florentine of Chianina meat, the owners are real connoisseurs who want to make a kitchen with excellent and genuine raw materials in the sign of the Tuscan tradition

Garrigione slow food, cozy hosts, of high quality, although I expected better the first dishes. also the selection of wines has been contained.
