Mcdonald's - Chisholm

There is usually a long line at the drive-thru, and since there’s no in-restaurant service, we rarely visit McDonald’s. However, tonight we decided to stop by to get a Happy Meal for our 4-year-old granddaughter. Although we had to wait for a while, it was shorter than we anticipated, especially considering the number of cars in line. The service was pleasant, with friendly young employees who wished us a good evening. Overall, we were pleased with our experience.

I had a wonderful experience last night. I was riding my motorcycle and got caught in the rain, so I decided to stop and wait out the storm. The staff noticed me arriving and kindly held the door open for me, which allowed me to quickly bring in my wet gear for drying. They were such a friendly and helpful crew!

What I appreciate about McDonald's is their speed. I ordered the number 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin meal with a coffee. However, the quality of service can be hit or miss. I understand the goal is to serve customers quickly, but the customer service can sometimes be lacking. A response like "Is that it?" delivered in a rude tone makes me reluctant to return. In contrast, a friendly acknowledgment like "Your order is ready!" encourages me to come back.
