フィードバックを提供するI understand that this restaurant is understaffed and busy, but it is important for the employees to be treated well in order to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this McDonald's and will not be returning. The manager was rude to me when I placed my order at the window, and the restroom was extremely dirty. I hope the staff members are aware of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and treating customers with respect.
We waited a long time for our food and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order. We informed the waitress, who then brought us our correct order that had been previously given to someone else. This experience, along with concerns about pandemic safety measures, makes it a no-go for me. Additionally, the waitress ate some of our fries and when we mentioned it, she just brushed it off.
I am very disappointed that no one took our order to be seated, and instead we had to see all these girls standing around. Our order was incorrect and we didn't receive our drinks because they weren't paying attention. The tables were dirty and there was no ketchup available. It was a letdown for a newly opened restaurant, and the service suffered because they had too many employees who were only chatting.
Went to go get my family eaten they had me pull around to the wait spot in the front at 11:42 am and a truck takes in behind me, which also wait we both were there, as they told us that eating was ready when we finally went around 12 o'clock and they said we forget it was ice cold they never brought the foods that they forget about their customers before the parkings that they will not park it back?
If I could post the picture of the crappy food they gave me you would be shocked... Then I had to drive all the way back 20 miles because they forgot the fish sandwich... And they still messed up
