Glider KS - Chippendale

Love this gorgeous little cafe tucked in and hidden among the spice alley stalls.

All coffees are not created equal. I know this because of Glider.

FabThis little café ticks all my boxes - super good coffee, great food, lovely people and gorgeous design.

Beautiful little caffe, which serves delicious eating with a Japanese influx. comes back to try other dishes. the caramel-french toast uses an interesting flair type of brot than normal - I really enjoyed it, as well as the other components of the plate like ice (big for a hot morning) and granola. the friend had the gay benny, I thought that was also beautiful, especially the brioche brot. unique cutlery!

This is a really sweet caffe on the kensington street! the omelette I tried was delicious and fluffy. I also had the hojicha french toast, who was bribed with feenfloss and taro ice cream. what I liked most about this court is that it wasn't too sweet. many of the time when I find French toast or pancakes I find it overwhelmingly sweet, but this is exactly the right amount. Delicious eating, I will be definitiw back!
