Avoid arriving early, as they will not start loading until the women who operate the forklifts are present. They are the best and most helpful workers when it comes to loading. It is important for them to have the opportunity to load early instead of the male workers. The security is confused about parking the trucks, even if they are given docks. They need to ensure that the trucks are safe before sending them back to the office. Some of the tight backup spots need to be updated in order to facilitate smooth parking. The security guard should provide clear directions on where to place the trucks on the docks. I am not trying to insult the male or female workers, this is just my way of expressing my frustration. My items were ready to be loaded before my scheduled pick-up time. When I asked about the delay in loading, I was informed that loading would only begin after the designated time. I understand that there were other workers operating at different docks, but it seemed unfair that only one woman was operating the forklifts. I am not accusing anyone, I just hope that all workers are treated equally with respect.

I cannot recommend this Boba supply business to anyone. Ordering from this place is nearly impossible. Every time I attempt to place an order, it is a frustrating experience. The customer service is poor. As a small business owner in need of Boba supplies on a regular basis, I highly suggest finding a different company to purchase from.

I tried contacting them multiple times via email over the past 3 months but never received a response. I have been waiting for my order for three months.

Customer service is greatly lacking. We spend thousands of dollars a month and get a rep who has no clue about anything. Basically just dead air over the phone. Quite disappointing.

Small crowded parking lot.Make sure they put your full load on the truck before you pull away from the dock, told us we were done pulled away from the dock to the shippers door which is at the end of the building to get my papers guy came running from other side of building to tell me they forgot to put 3 pallets on my truck.Better be in for some trick driving!
