Gong Cha - Chino Hills

I recently visited the new Gong Cha location. It was clean and cozy with excellent service and high quality tea.

Hey JP here, Went in today after checking out the new pub. The cashier Laurie was very helpful. She had good attitude and smile. She gave good explanation to the drinks and topping options. She also made drinks taste good. Got an Earl grey milk tea. Definitely coming back for her

I ordered a Thai mango smoothie, and it was terrible! It had chunky ice instead of being smooth. I will never purchase their smoothies again.

I went in to get a straw and the lady who works there was extremely rude. I told her the drink was bought earlier and she wouldn 't let me get a straw. I asked for her name and she refused to provide. she demanded that I Ieave. I purchase drinks here often. if I was the owner I would fire her because she is not suited dealing with customers. they will lose business because of her Additional comment: I wanted to add after seeing the owner 's response. I 'm clearly not the only person who experienced such bad service. Check out the reviews before. The response from Mary is false. She never asked for a receipt she immediately demanded that I leave. it was her not her employee that had such a bad attitude towards her customer. Good luck with your business

So there making use the kiosk machines also you don't have several blended drinks ???I don't recommend this place the staff is rude ! Theres plenty of places in Chino hills for boba
