On my second order, I had it delivered and once again, the pizza was thin and lacked flavor. I also ordered breadsticks, which came with only half a cup of marinara sauce. This place really needs to consider closing down.
I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at the lunch buffet. There were only two types of pizza available, and after trying one piece of each, I went back three times hoping for fresh options, but none were brought out. When I inquired about when more pizza would be served, I received no answer. Eventually, after about 20-30 minutes, one new pizza was offered, but it was just half pineapple and half onions, peppers, and olives. When it came time to pay, I mentioned to the staff that the buffet left much to be desired.
This place is really disappointing. They've been delivering to us for three years since we moved into our house, and now they claim they've changed their delivery range. The new limit is less than a quarter mile from our home, yet they won't deliver to us anymore. It seems like they don't value our business after all these years.
Our family ordered pizza about 3-4 times a week this pizza hat by far has the worst customer service ever. the word rude does not even begin to cover it and the pizza was simply thrown together and overcooked. some have to have a new management there below A.S.A.P.
Segregated Pizza Hut. I walk in there is one white family in a corner. The restaurant is cut in half one side just tables and the other side tables and the buffet set up. The family is sitting in the section with the buffet. I ask the cashier to have the buffet and she points to a table across the restaurant as far away for the buffet as possible. I was going to take this as coincidence until the next white family came in and they were sat in close proximity to the buffet and the other family. Good job Pizza Hut!
