Are you around the lucca area or heading to Florence from the east then this is the perfect place to stop and enjoy really sensational food done right.. the only annoying issue with this restaurant is your appetite.. in oz this would be considered for a hatted restaurant... the service is superb, the food oh the food and the aperol spritz .. best for the last 3 weeks in Italy... in fact out of all the restaurants I've eaten in this is in the top 5. What appears to be a country restaurant it leaves them all for flavour, great food and drinks.. I really can't say enough about how good this restaurant is.. Michelin ratings where are you this is just the best. We went back a second time just to see it wasn't a mistake.. oh wow.. just plan around Tuesday (it's closed). Do yourself a flavour this is the restaurant to enjoy in Tuscany and Italy.

We waned to find a near the autostrada place to eat and what a perfect choice it was. We had the Fiorentina steak to share cooked perfectly medium rare, kids the pasta ragu.

Great food and price . We had a lovely meal. I think we will go back and try some of the other things on the menu.
