Arnold’s is always a go to for me, the staff is exceptional and the quality is second to none. 5 stars all around

This is only a review under hot dogs. They're hot dogs were the best I used to always go there and get them for the last two times I went and got the natural case and hot dogs they're not the same they're cheap don't taste as good the casein isn't as crunchy so I probably won't be ever buying them again. I know they're not the same I've been eating Arnold's hot dogs for years last two times I've gotten them I've had to throw out more than half of them

I don't go there never will. I don't trust the guy who runs it Larry Katz.

There were two firsts for me today. First time at Arnold 's Meats in Chicopee. The second first was the service. I honestly don 't believe I 've ever gone into a store where the cashier was dead silent and didn 't say anything at all during the entire interaction. I don 't even believe she said my total out loud, I simply saw it on the screen and inserted my card.Even if I got the Karen 's Diner experience, it would 've been more acceptable. Not sure I 'll go back.
