Mcdonald's - Chico

This is the best Apple Pie I've ever had from McDonald's, and the nuggets were amazing. I would rate it 9.9 out of 10.

We were disappointed with our experience at McDonald's. The sweet n' sour sauce was missing, the fries were cold and unsalted, and the buns on the cheeseburgers were stiff and stale. This was one of the worst meals we've ever had at McDonald's.

I have had consistent issues with my orders at this particular McDonald's location on Palmetto Ave. They frequently forget items or substitute them without informing me. I would prefer a refund over receiving a substitute that I did not request. The sundaes are not filled up to the usual level and lack proper toppings such as caramel or fudge. The sandwiches are often messy as they seem to carelessly throw ingredients together. For example, my McChicken sandwiches are often smothered in mayo. It is best to order in person as I have not encountered these issues at other McDonald's locations in the area. The night crew workers need to improve as I never experience these problems during the day. It appears that the night shift lacks attention to quality.

Cold, stale, floppy fries. Burgers were smashed and tasted old. Pretty meh

Fantastic chicken nuggies as always and a nice little treat of a 1 Cookie
