Dutch Bros Coffee - Chico

I have visited many Dutch Bros locations, and this one does not meet the usual standards. The staff was unfriendly and ignored me when I approached the walk-up window. When I mentioned this to the barista, I was told that only those taking orders are allowed to interact with customers at the window. They also said that explaining why orders were taking so long would waste their time and disrupt their entire operation. This experience was really disappointing and does not reflect the typical Dutch Bros standard at all.

We ordered three drinks, and they all arrived with fun Halloween-themed stickers that made my wife laugh. The staff outside and at the window were friendly and cheerful. Great job, everyone!

Always the best coffee in chico or anywhere there's a Dutch bros. I don't really care to wait in the heat, but the lines do move fast. Thanks to the brave Dutch employees enduring the elements. Awesome customer service and always on point!

The staff here is incredible and so friendly! They're always smiling and come up with fantastic drink suggestions. I absolutely love Dutch Bros!
