Flannel Tavern - Chichester

For starters, this women owned business is near perfect, in my opinion. The interior is cozy and well decorated, the food was incredible, and the staff was so friendly. The beer selection on tap is perfect and they have flights if you can?t decide between all the different types! Their food selection would satisfy anyone and the kitchen staff were kicking butt with a full crowd on a Friday night. Definitely a new favorite place and I will be back often!

Food was very good and the server was attentive. The drinks were well made also. We definitely will be back.

Came here today on a whim but I've read good reviews about this place. Upon first appearance, it is very cozy. The down home, farm-house decor is simple but lovely. It smells so good as soon as you walk in but isn't that overpowering diner smell. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive and the food didn't take long at all. The menu has a variety of delicious choices and their mixed drinks are clever and playful. My husband is not easy to please when it comes to dining out but today he was very impressed! He ordered the Steel Toe burger (of course) with the hand cut fries. It was cooked perfectly! I got the chicken tenders and fries. I was so surprised to see the amount of chicken on my plate! It was breaded and fried to perfection. Compliments to the chef!! I also visited the bathroom which was squeaky clean and refreshing. We had a fantastic experience all the way around! 10/10 would recommend!

The single star is because I liked my drink and the live music. The burger was way overcooked to the point of hockey puck style! Dry and tasteless. I kind of worried about that since the waitress never asked how I wanted it cooked so I ordered a side of mayonnaise. Guess what.....she never brought out my side of mayo. She was ultra busy so I just sucked it up as the mayonnaise wouldn't have improved it much anyways. We did enjoy the fries and the live music did not disappoint. But, will never go back.
