Wolfgang Puck Express - Chicago

Ok with 15 minute wait for pizza, offered drink during wait, that was a good move.Pizza comes out of the oven, they asked if I wanted parmesan, I said no, they proceeded to put a bunch of parmesan on it and then processed the 'no ' response. I didn 't have another 15 minutes to wait for a redo, my plane began actively boarding. Menu included cilantro in pizza ingredients, none present on pizza.

Ordered a $20 pizza that was supposed to have Calabrian chili and basil on it. Pizza came out with pepperoncini and no basil. They added the basil back to the pizza, but no Calabrian chili. The point of ordering that expensive of a pizza is because Calabrian chili’s are worth that price. They clearly subbed in the cheaper pepper and still are charging the premium price! Just want to put out a warning for the next person.

The food was ok yet expensive. Pizza is partially pre-cooked, stored under the counter, and then heated upon order. I believe that is to expedite the preparation. I ordered a margherita pizza and the basil was put on after it came out of the oven. There is insufficient seating based on location. It is located in a main bustling corridor outside of security.

The staff is really rude and got 2/2 orders wrong also they didn’t listen while i did a request about my food.i’m Italian and the pizza weren’t even that good, the margherita is preprepared and for the other choices the add ingredients later.i don’t recommend going here.bye have a good day.

Stopped here for lunch before our next flight. My son ordered bbq chicken pizza. The guy making the pizza barely acknowledged his order and told him to go pay . My husband tried to order a pepperoni pizza but was ignored, so he had to get in line again to give it another try . I ordered the Asian chicken salad and was told to go pay . However, I was waiting for my husband to get his order for pizza put in. When we went to pay all they had was fountain drinks and we wanted iced tea which was where we first came into the reasturant. It only gets worse from here. My son had sat down at the bar since there were no other seats. We tried to sit down and the rude woman at the bar told us we couldn 't sit there unless we ordered booze to go on the other side of the wall where there was a table for 4. Quess what ,NO OPEN TABLE! Since there was several seats open at the bar ,I said Where the hell are we supposed to sit!?!?? She said you can sit at the bar but you have to leave as soon as you 're done. I took my time. There was a woman sitting next to us that had a beer and she was still nursing the same beer when we left! People were ordering the food from the bar and eating, so I don 't understand the problem with us trying to sit and eat at the bar. It 's all the same reasturant . I 'd advise skipping Wolfgang Pucks at OHare Airport. I 've eaten at Wolfgang Pucks in Columbus, Ohio several years ago. I don 't think I 'll be back. The food was edible but nothing outstanding.
