Torali Located At The Ritz Carlton, Chicago

Our birthday breakfast was nothing short of amazing! The hostesses was super friendly and welcoming. Our waiter, Robert, provided superb service by offering recommendations for drinks, menu options, and events in Chicago since we’re visiting. He truly is the epitome of service excellence! We had omelets, Mimosa’s hot chocolate and a side of bacon. The bacon was thick and crispy… cooked to perfection. As part of our birthday celebration, we were welcomed with sweets, a cute plush toy and pastries with candles to blow out. Everyone made our experience unforgettable.

Our server was super nice and respectful. Everything was super clean. It was great!

Great good and a fabulous service staff. Menu choices are varied and everting we ate was done to perfection.

We had a lovely dining experience on Wednesday at Torali inside of the Ritz Carlton. Our server, Albert, was superb and very personable. We truly enjoyed our food and cocktails and the hotel and restaurant are beautiful. It is located very close to the the building where the 360 Chicago experience is located, which we went to directly after. We saw the sunset and the looked down at the fireworks being set off at Navy Pier. It was a wonderful evening in downtown Chicago!
