The Halal Guys (division, Il) - Chicago

It's just a walk up spot so there's really no atmosphere except to say that it's always clean! I can't recommend enough the braised lamb sammich with chipotle hummus! ?? The picture doesn't do it justice and I would've taken a better one, but was so hungry I had to take a bite first!Food: 5/5

You’re better off spending your $16 around the corner at chipotle.One of the women that works there doesn’t know how to make a platter and has the audacity to tell you extra meat cost extra.I had to pull out a ton of rice.

My boyfriend and I had two beef Gyro Sandwiches. I bet the sandwich was huge and very delicious. For spicy lovers, definitely try their spicy sauce. It’s amazing!!And the felafels were good too. I can’t deny the fact that the restaurant is pretty tiny. But if you are looking for tasty food, there is one!! I didn’t take any pictures for the restaurant because they were pretty busy even in the afternoon over the weekends. Go try the sandwiches!!!

I didnt like the gyro, the meat was not good, and since its not wrapped good, because its too full, u dont get to taste the lettuce or tomato, its all sliding down, also the french fries were bad too. The place is too small. No bathroom. Ill never go eat there again.Food: 2/5

The guy added too much salad in my platter, and very little rice. The servers were also not friendly with us. I expected too much from halal guys, but I was disappointed with food and with their services.Food: 1/5
