After seeing this street vendor on a list of best tacos and great reviews I wasn't expecting dried out tacos. My wife said the guy was super nice and clean for a street vendor but the tacos carne asada and al pastor were so dry. Even after adding a large amount of salsa, the meat lacked any moisture. Unfortunately it was not a good experience for me, perhaps it was just that batch, I don't know.
