Snap is amazing! They actually pay attention to mobile orders. I redeemed my stars and received exactly what I ordered. The app provided a suitable pickup time as well.

I visit this store quite frequently, and every time I see Kendra, the barista, she always makes me feel welcome and remembers my orders! I don't know how she manages it. The location is great, and the staff is amazing overall.

Great location that's always busy. This is is smaller spot and there is usually a longer line to order. Service is always great and I have never had a problem with the quality of the product. This spot stags open later than the location at Intercontinental across the street.

This Starbucks is quite unique. We were served quickly, and our order was well-prepared. As a tourist in Chicago, I found it fascinating to sit inside and simply watch the hustle and bustle of the streets outside.
