Didn't have any chicken sandwiches which is just mind blowing and I had to wait half an hour for a 3 piece chicken meal yea this place ASSSSS

They keep messing my simple order up Two times, my family was finish when I finally got mined to eat.

Came for lunch, stood in line by the register for 5 minutes no acknowledgement, didn't stay any longer. Drive thru was working, but don't bother coming inside...

I think her name is Maquitta. I apologize if I spelled her name wrong. But I needed to point out that every time I come here and she takes my order she’s has giving me the best customer service. She polite and knowledgeable of the menu as well. I don’t know the rest of the staff yet but If the rest are of the staff are the same I will definitely keep coming to this location.

I stood at the drive-thru window and requested some utensils as well as hot sauce. Instead of handing them to me, the staff simply pushed the utensils across the counter, which was surprisingly clean. I asked for new ones, but their attitude was dismissive. They seemed to think I should be okay with the utensils on the counter, claiming they had plastic wrap on them. I insisted on getting fresh ones, and the staff member told me that if I didn’t want the ones offered, then she wouldn’t give me anything else. Another worker chimed in, saying I wouldn’t get anything, and that the manager would have to step in. I handed over my money and expected to receive the same level of service. I didn't catch the young lady's name, but she had a few small tattoos on her face—a face I won’t forget anytime soon.
