Health Tribes By Just Salad - Chicago

I really enjoy Justsalad, but my experience with the employees was quite negative. I received a lot of unwarranted attitude just for asking if they were still open when I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. According to Google, the Merchandise Markt location closes at 6 PM, but it seems to actually close at 5:30. This kind of service is really disappointing.

This is my go-to lunch spot. The food is always fresh, and the staff member Nallely is exceptionally friendly. She remembers what people usually order, which makes me feel very welcomed. Five stars!

Luz has been fantastic! The service is excellent, and it has become my go-to place for lunch. I absolutely love their flavorful salads!

The poor reviews are far from the truth. Just Salad in the Mart is my favorite lunch spot. Every seasonal option is delicious as well as their regular dishes (Crispy Chicken Poblano is a crowd favorite). My coworkers and I eat here almost everyday because of the quality of the food and exceptional customer service. The manager, Victor, and his team are friendly and have their operations down to a science Even during their busiest hours, you get exactly what your ordered and in a timely manner. There has been a steep decline in customer service at other restaurants in the city but not at Just Salad. Moreover, I love that the bowl, napkins, and silverware are all biodegradable and that they have reusable bowls an option.

I was intimidated initially by the line, but it moved really quickly. I was in and out in probably ten minutes, even though the line stretched to the entrance point. I got the summer salad, which had romaine, beets, blood oranges, quinoa, goat cheese, mint, and almonds, aside some other goodies. The bowl was well balanced and had just the right amount of different textures. I'm a s for goat cheese, and I liked the drama that the blood oranges brought. The dill and mint added an extra breath of freshness. It's nice to have a healthier option- I really wish there were more salad places like this in my city.
