Harold's Chicken Shack - Chicago

The woman at the front desk on Saturday, May 14th, provided excellent customer service. The process from ordering to receiving our food was quick. We were visiting from out of town and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The huh was just okay, but it doesn’t taste as harold’s usually tastes. too much lemon pepper and the grill tasted as it was stretched with water and very salty. I'm getting tired of milder sosse and prefer grill on my huh, but now I wish I had just ordered mild sose. the barbecue sauce on harold’s chicken on 53. tastes so much better? also the pommes were not good.

The chicken was just okay, but it didn't taste like how Harold's chicken usually tastes. There was too much lemon pepper and the grill tasted like it had been watered down and was overly salty. I usually prefer a milder sauce and grilled chicken, but now I wish I had just ordered a milder sauce. The barbecue sauce at Harold's Chicken on 53rd tastes much better. Also, the fries were not good.

This Harold's chicken ? shack is terrible. They never get my chicken right and sometimes don't put condiments in the bag. And the fries and chicken taste like it's been fried in old grease. I'll eat Harold's chicken, but never at this location ever again.
