Branko's Submarines - Chicago

I highly recommend visiting the newly reopened Branko's. I enjoyed a fantastic jumbo chardog there!

You can truly taste the love in the food at this place. It's a Chicago staple, and their Italian beef sandwich is my absolute favorite. The giardiniera is fantastic, and the marinara sauce is a perfect complement. I'm pretty sure that most of these items come from family recipes.

Oh my gosh, where do I even start??? Nenad was AMAZING! He's incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious!!! I can definitely say I have three new favorite dishes now!

A DePaul staple, I've been going since I was a freshman, back in the days of Mama. Her son now runs the register and he's amazing, the food, amazing, the prices, affordable. Please support this Lincoln Park institution.
