Ascione Bistro - Chicago

Ascione Bistro is the ideal spot for Sunday brunch. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and well-informed. They even make their own limoncello! Rain or shine, they have both indoor and outdoor seating available. I've included two photos of the breakfast burger with fries. Reservations are recommended for brunch.

The atmosphere was great and the environment gives them this trendy restaurant that they would see in their 20s with brunch a series of friends. in fact we have seen exactly that. we went for the unlimited moimosa and brunch. my companion who usually does not like “Fancy” eating enjoyed the brunch, while the salmon was a bit over boiled. I would certainly recommend ascione bistro, my only concern was that the hostess informed us that we must go to a certain time. while we were too late for our rswp, I check before I arrived late to make sure they have many reservations and they did. the restriction of the hostess was not to sit, especially when we saw that many walks arrive and sit. Also, while I enjoyed the outside space I would have preferred through the temperatures outside in the inside.

The service was excellent and the food was amazing! I ordered the gnocchi and it was incredibly fresh and delicious. It was some of the best gnocchi I have ever had. For dessert, I got a chocolate cake which was rich and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was also very lively. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night in Hyde Park.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the customer service is exceptional. During my first visit, my airpods were out of battery and the staff at the front desk kindly offered to charge them for me. On my second visit, I was greeted by bartender Nicole who made me feel welcome and comfortable at the bar. Despite being busy, she took the time to talk to me and also checked in with other customers. The friendly conversations with the bartenders (Nicole and Chelsea) kept me entertained while I waited for my food to be prepared. With its combination of great food and outstanding service, Ascione definitely deserves five stars in my book.
