My favorite little tea house these days. Black tea coconut is refreshing and has a nice mildly sweetened coconutty flavor. Wish there were more locations outside of the loop! Love this specific location if driving thru downtown, as you can double park on Franklin, order your drink from the app and quickly run in to grab! Works for me every time. :
