Shark Fish Chicken - Chicago Heights

Had to edit my review from a year ago. place has changed ownership mor times than I can count. And now it's worse. Went there and ordered 2 pizza puffs, a chicken tender meal and a 4 piece half that the foolish old lady said they didn't make...even though it's on the menu. Got home, and had chicken gizzard and a 3 piece that had a tender instead of a breast. Went back and these people tried to tell me I ordered gizzard to which I replied I don't work here so I didn't write up your ticket. Then they say they don't give a breast with the 4 PC. I replied I should've been told that when I ordered. DO NOT GO THERE. They don't know what the hell they're doing. I definitely won't be back.

Dirty parking lots, many broken at the entrance to the parking lots

Make sure you check your order before you leave. I bought a 25 mix special and 50 wing special , my food was undercooked and fries was cold and old .The cooks are horrible but the lady with the pretty color eyelashes was amazing and her customer service was very satisfying. I won’t ever do business here again!

The fries were so cold as of they were jus sitting somewhere away from any heat. I asked for honey bbq dipped chicken and the sauce was not hot either. I used to think this was the best sharks in the Heights but with this meal my fries were cold and my chicken was fresh. I paid $9 for 3 hot pieces of chicken and I feel jipped.
