The food is excellent, and the customer service has always been very friendly during my visits.
The only downside is that their website states the lunch special ends at 2:30 PM, but the experience in-store is great with delicious food and friendly staff. If you want to make your visit efficient, have your order and ID ready for pickup. The more you assist them, the quicker they can serve you. I recommend trying the tips, wings, and links—everything is fantastic! For an extra kick, mix the BBQ and hot sauce.
My experience was fantastic! I ordered online, and my order was supposed to be ready at 7:45. I ran a bit late and arrived at 8:00. The woman behind the counter was incredibly pleasant and calm! Thank you, ma'am, for your lovely seasonal headband! Even though there was a line, it moved quickly, and she went to fetch my order right away. The food was delicious, as always. I just want to give a big thank you to Chicago Pit Stop! I truly appreciate the service, especially during busy times!
