Arby's - Chestertown

Excellent experience. Would this Arby visit again when you visit this area.

This location always makes a good job and service is five stars. The drive is fast. Easy access to and from the main road. The dining room is always clean and they have a large local culture. Very recommended.

The fish sandwich hot delicious bread fresh and nicely put together but I would appreciate if you're going to advertise for ice cream your ice cream machine should work and this is at your Chestertown Maryland store on Washington Avenue I have had friends tell me that they have gone for ice cream and that it has been very very loose sometimes your employees are so annoyed with the customers by not having the machine fixed causes issues and as customers we know that your employees have nothing to do with fixing the machines so let's get those machines fixed at our Chestertown stores thank you so much

UPDATE 2022: Arby's has truly stepped up its game. The service is excellent, and the food is even tastier. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant has greatly improved. I'm not quite sure what has altered, but it definitely has. This is now my go-to spot for lunch in town!

I had a fantastic experience at the Chestertown Arby’s drive-thru today at 4:30. The lady who took our order was very polite and even informed us about a small issue with our order. It wasn't a big deal at all. The food was delicious and fresh! Overall, it was a great experience!
