About 10 minutes later, she came back again and we placed our orders. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took nearly 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Once again, the server just dropped off the food and hurried away. I ordered a grilled cheese and fries, which were decent, but my girlfriend got a gravy bowl with hash browns and an egg. After a few bites, we noticed a pool of grease at the bottom of the bowl. After waiting close to 45 minutes, our server finally came back with the check. She seemed irritated by my girlfriend's dissatisfaction with her meal and simply said that it happens when food sits. We explained that it was inedible. She took it back and said she'd see what she could do. After about 10 minutes, she returned to offer a 10% discount on that one item, which was hardly helpful since it was completely uneatable. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had, and we regret wasting our time and money here. The lengthy service even made us late for our next engagement; brunch shouldn’t take over an hour and a half! We definitely will not be coming back.

While in the local area we decided to have bruch here, and we were pleasantly surprised. As we entered we were greeted by friendly server who told us there was a 10 minute wait. Once we were seated, by our friendly server, we had an opportunity toorder our meals. I ordered and enjoyed the Buffalo Hot Hash. Once I tasted the food I was hooked. The Over Easy Eggs wereperfectly cooked, and when broken into the yolks ran over and covered the hash. It added a creamy taste to counterbalance thespicy heat from the hash. The Harvest Grain bread was dense yet light and very flavorful. My wife loved the Buffalo BYO Burger.She said the hummus and feta, the toppings she selected, added lots of flavor. My son loved the grilled cheese because itincluded multiple types of cheeses.

Excellent little place not far from Indiana Dunes State Park near Route 12. Many healthy options, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. Given its small space, it can?t accommodate large parties but otherwise quite cozy in the middle of strip malls. Greatoption for those looking for something different and high quality.

Amazing gluten-free food! They make their own gluten-free bread, and it was incredibly fluffy! Typically, gluten-free options tend to fall apart and be on the thinner side, but their French toast was thick and absolutely delicious! This is definitely my favorite breakfast place in Northwest Indiana!

I had a fantastic experience with my family at this restaurant! The atmosphere was wonderful, and I loved that we could choose our seating. There was plenty of space both inside and outside. Our drinks were served promptly, and before long, we were enjoying beautifully presented dishes that were visually stunning with vibrant colors. Every bite was flavorful and had a great impact! My only minor complaint is that everything could have used a bit more salt. However, I prefer that to food being overly salty, so it’s not a major issue.
