Applebee's Grill - Chesterfield

This is by far my favorite place! eating is good, and the personal is amazing! sarah was my waitress and she took care of me and my wife. she was friendly, she smiled and, above all, she ensured that we had good food and a great experience. now, when I come to this place, I always ask for sarah. I and my wife will continue for the good eating and great staff to come back.

I always get a parking lot, often the order is wrong, unfortunately I like her hamburger. Today I had to say that I was out for a long time. order wrong and the best thing was that they gave me as a grilled chicken quesadilla. cold, no salsa or acidic. not even near her picture or what they gave me before. I always give a 15% drink to order.

I was eating with my family. the joint was packed and the server tried to do what they do best. after listening and talking to some other guests it was obvious that there were problems that happen this shift. I kept our waitress on the way to take care of many other tables and asked them what was the delay of our eating and what else happened. rebecca b was just wonderful. her explanation and her demeanor was honest and explained the situation and how they wanted to fix the situation. then they brought their direct manager. he went out of the way to make sure we got our food and explained what happened. honesty, engagement for quality, charisma, control over high intensity situation is something sought. because of these two wonderful people I would be happy to go back, but only while they are in front of them! I will regularly review to ensure that they get their deserved “good done” moment

My daughter and I came here because we had spared 2 hours before their basketball game. big mistake. we were almost too late. we sat and after 15 minutes I had to ask for a server. we sat at 6:10. she finally got her shake at 6:49. I'm not back.

Our server Sam was absolutely amazing and gave us wonderful service. She was so nice and kept checking in on us throughout our stay. She did give me the wrong dish instead of the one I ordered, but once I corrected her, she let me keep the food she accidentally brought out and gave me my original order within 5 minutes. Totally recommend asking for her as a server, she was wonderful. Micheal Ferdig is also a great choice if Sam isn't available.
