I visited this place with my family last week while we were enjoying a day at Chessington. Unfortunately, the girl I politely asked to clear our table was quite rude and displayed a negative attitude. It was clear she didn’t grasp the concept of good customer service and would likely be better suited in a role where she doesn’t need to interact kindly with guests. This experience was disappointing, but it did not reflect the overall quality of the park or restaurant; it was just an issue with that staff member.

I recently dined at Tortilla Chessington, the first location of this chain I've visited, and it exceeded my expectations! The menu offers a fantastic variety of options that are sure to delight your taste buds. The staff members are incredibly polite and even take the time to chat with customers, which adds a nice touch to the experience. It’s a testament to the manager, Jess, who has clearly done an excellent job training her team. I will definitely be returning!
