Has self order kiosk that are not user friendly. However, a very nice employee came out and took out order. She was pleasant, helpful and acknowledged there store did not represent most other Wendys. 3 strikes and your out WENDY 'S. The first 2 times my order was messed up I didn 't leave a review but now it 's time. DO NOT eat at thisWendy 's, i ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich NO TOMATO, 10 piece spicy nugget and a junior bacon, I went inside because I was on my motorcycle, they bagged my food up after a 10 minute wait, just me and 1 other customer insie I rode home, opened the bag and what do you know? They got me again,,, They shorted me 2 nuggets, my spicy chicken had tomato on it but no mayonnaise. Bone dry, and my junior bacon never made it on the bag. Do Better Wendy 's. You suck!. The service was great very helpful employees. However, you can’t give your order to a human being and their kiosks are a pain. They also have no changing tables for infants which was really inconvenient on a 7 hour road trip. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
