Hardee's - Chesapeake

Had a last minute care order for 80 fried chicken. Not only was the person who answered the phone extremely polite and professional, he took time to provide and estimate, instructions for the online payment process, and confirm pickup and contact information. While this is no less than I would expect for even 4 star service, he went beyond and beyond with a pleasant and friendly setting on the phone Amd in-person. My order was all freshly cooked and perfect for my arrival. He even offered me a drink while I was waiting for the staff to pack the boxes properly into a large box for transportation and loading in my vehicle. I was really impressed by the above and beyond the service I received from this little, from the way Fast Food Restaurant.

So i usually never write reviews but i had gone this morning to get breakfast and right off the bat the guy at the speaker had such great energy and a positive light . as i got to the window he told me good morning and put a smile on my face . as my order was concluding he told me to “make today a great day” and that is the part that pushed me to write this review . some people like myself really need that push and positive energy to keep them going . and it’s probably not the easiest to be so positive and happy at 8 in the morning but he still chose to be. i wish i would have caught his name but it was around 8:10-8:20 . and not to mention my breakfast was hot and fresh!

Thomas the manager needs a raise. Always brightens my day when he’s on the speaker. Whole staff always does a great job very rarely do I have an issue. Wonderful place

The steak, egg, and cheese biscuits were cooked to perfection. The staff is amazing as well! I was in and out in just 5 minutes on Saturday morning. Everything was hot, fresh, and served quickly. The crew and manager were incredibly friendly. Thank you!

Update 1/15/22: I had breakfast here while waiting for an oil change, and it was cooked to perfection! Check out the photos. We came back at 5:00 PM to grab the 12-piece dinner for the kids, but there were no chicken pieces prepared at all. We were told they hadn't cooked any chicken and it would take 20 minutes to get some ready. Since there were no other customers waiting, we decided not to stick around for the 20-minute wait and went somewhere else for dinner instead. I was puzzled by the lack of prepared chicken during a time when business was slow. It seems that many people opted not to wait 20 minutes for their meals.
