Mcdonald's - Cherryville

I have ordered from this restaurant before and it is usually good. However, the last time I ordered, the burgers were terrible. The patties appeared to have been left out or dried out on the grill. The burger was sloppily put together and very messy. I don't understand why Cherryville cannot seem to maintain a quality standard for its fast food restaurants. The majority of them have less than 3 stars or are rated at 3 stars. This is unacceptable. A restaurant should have at least 4 stars or more. Many of the employees at these establishments are teenagers who do not seem to care about the taste of the food or customer reviews. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Where should I even begin? I would not give this store a one star but I have No choice. The food here is usually cold. Almost never get it right. We're not what you expected the manager of this store. Well, let's just say everybody knows about her personal life. She's loud and obnoxious and make sure that everybody knows her business. She turns on some of her employees not very loyal to them and if anything she's pompous and arrogant just to name a few. There are better McDonald's. I would drive 16 miles one way to go before I would go to this one. Terrible leadership leads to terrible store hints. Why only has three stars my guess. I ordered a fish sandwich and small fry. Both were cold and stale. Worst fries I've ever gotten from McDonald's Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The staff have completely ignored me and my friend when we were standing there. When a worker finally came up to us, he bypassed us and went to help the next person. He was not friendly and did not even greet us. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband has been experiencing some frustrating issues at this restaurant location recently. Almost every time he stops by on his way home from work, they insist that it is cash only, even though the restaurant is open 24 hours. It seems to only be the same person on drive-thru duty who enforces this policy, as the card readers mysteriously work when anyone else is working. This has deterred my husband from ordering a few times, but he now goes out of his way to get cash from an ATM just to avoid their little trick. It's frustrating to see him waste his time dealing with this. He even tried to pay with a card after returning with cash once, which makes me question if this is a deliberate tactic. Overall, the food was decent but the service and atmosphere were lacking. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
