First off this is the speediest service I have ever gotten from ordering something online. I Literally ordered my coffee online two days ago in the dead of night as a “ treat yo self” thing. Not even two days later UPS comes and throws the coffee at me and I’m like ??? And he’s drives off without another word. I can immediately smell the coffee from the box and groan because surely it must be open. No, it’s just that fragment.

The lady who took our order was beyond sweet and greeted us right when we arrived. She asked my daughter if she wanted whipped cream on her drink and my daughter said yes. A second lady rung us up and was more or less nice. When we got our drinks my daughters didn't have whipped cream she asked for. I asked for them to add whipped cream like my daughter requested. The lady who made our drinks wasn't around anymore and the lady who rung us up said it would cost extra. I wasn't about to put .60 cent on my credit card after we already paid, and I didn't have cash on me. It felt like poor communication on their part not to add the charge for the whipped cream as requested, now making it our problem and that we were being a hassle-Felt let down.

The business is great and the server is amazing however they do not enforce the mask mandate. We just visited at 0620 today and there were three men being served without masks! They obviously thought we were comical as we were following the strict guidelines and caring about others because they were staring and laughing. Beware of this place if you want to prevent catching Covid.

Cute place, very easy to find. The barista was really sweet. Coffee tastes great most importantly! Definitely a come back place. Thank u for the great service.

I waited in line for 10 minutes, and the barista saw me the entire time. Then she told me she couldn't serve me without a mask. Why couldn't she have informed me earlier? It would have saved me time and prevented her from getting a negative review. Plus, she didn’t have any masks to provide either. I don't carry one anymore since most places have returned to normal.
