フィードバックを提供するThe woman with the black/white/blue braids was very rude and moody. She even lied to me about entering my rewards number, claiming she had done so when she hadn't. She was not good at customer service and lacked any personality or even a smile. Just a constant resting **** face.
Love the unnecessary attitude when people have to do their jobs… @Jael (jada was helpful and nice)
I made a mobile order in advance to save time before heading to work, but when I arrived, the dining area was closed. I had to use the drive-through, where there were already 8 cars ahead of me. Unfortunately, I had to leave my drink behind in order to avoid being late for work. I was disappointed as this defeated the purpose of placing a mobile order.
They never have anything there and some of the service is very bad, just go to the one nextdoor.
Vanilla bean frap. Great. Servers are always pleasant. Quick service. Drive thru that is. Only sat and ordered once.
