フィードバックを提供するMost of the time, I visit for the buffalo bacon ranch toastini, as the service is generally decent. However, I've noticed that I often have to remind the staff early in the morning to prepare my sandwich. Occasionally, they also run out of barbecue sauce in that section, which isn't a frequent issue, but still a concern. My main problem with this place is that my sandwich is either overcooked or poorly made about 4 out of 5 times. I love the food, but when I pay $8 for a sandwich, I expect it to be enjoyable and not cause gum cuts or include dry chicken.
A few years ago, I wrote an honest but very negative review, as the service delays and mistakes were just too frequent to overlook. However, it seems that there has been significant improvement in training and coordination since then, especially after the pandemic. The food has always been delicious, and that remains true today. I'm also pleased to say that the service has gotten much better. While there are still occasional errors and some unexplained delays, they are much less common now. I can sincerely recommend this place as a great campus lunch spot, and I'm happy to do so!
I absolutely love this place! The staff is fantastic; they're very attentive to your orders, and if anything goes wrong, they resolve it right away. The lines can get pretty long during lunch, but they move quickly. I pick up drip coffee here every day because they offer four different brewing options. And let’s not forget the sandwiches, bagels, and desserts—they're to die for! It is a bit on the pricier side, so I can't come here every day, but it’s definitely worth it when I do.
