Pho Dalat - Chelmsford

As a first-time customer, I was truly impressed by the amazing food! The staff was very attentive, and I can't wait to return.

Terrible service. My family of three went out to eat, and the waiter only provided me with one glass of water. When I requested chili sauce, he handed me a small container to-go and charged me $2 for it. I find that really unfair. I won’t be returning to that restaurant. Goodbye. I don’t want to give any stars—are there negative ratings?

The prices are quite steep, and the portion sizes are very small. We ordered the beef teriyaki, which was served with just two tiny skewers that were dry and had an unusual flavor. It was quite disappointing.

Love this place! We came here after having a nice long day in NH and driving back to MA. The pho was delicious (and speedy) and the service was friendly and accommodating. Love how the pho dac biet broth turned out, and the rice plate we got was pretty yummy too. The staff here are so sweet and quick with getting our family what we need to dine in, and the atmosphere (on a Sunday evening) was calm and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Go to the Middlesex location instead. These f* clowns on Drum Hill charge $2 to go fee even after you spend over $50. NEVER AGAIN. Much much better friendlier service on Middlesex and no to go fee ..... But come to think of it, it 's probably the same f* owner so.... Perhaps next time I 'll go to Pho Street in Nashua...
