The Endeavour - Chelmsford

Here for lunch with some colleagues today (first time in over 2 years) and great to see the place is as good as before. understand the previous owners recently went to rest, new owners continue to keep the place beautiful. great food, great beer and the fire were on. unnecessarily say, will definitely be back!

Beautiful little pub, lise and I spent an hour in there this afternoon (on Sunday) and enjoyed a few sauvignon blancs and a few pints, enjoy the sun through the front window and watch the world go by. it is not great, it is not flashing, it is not pretentious, but it is beautiful and relaxing. dog-friendly, which is nice.
