Nando's - Chelmsford

Ally serviced us and she was really nice made us feel really comfortable was patient with us thank you so much Ally really appreciated !!!

This afternoon I came to Nando’s in Chelmsford, there was a small mistake made with table numbers, and ended up waiting an awful long time for just 2 sides. However Will was exceptional and followed up on my order as soon as the mistake was corrected, to top that off I was offered a free desert as compensation. Wonderful service from Will ! :

Great service and lovely food. Came Saturday evening for dinner with some friends and her little boy, it was really busy but they made sure they found us a table within about 10 minuets and even made enough room for my pushchair. All the staff, especially the manager in the pink shirt, were wonderful and attentive and checked back several times to make sure everything was okay. Food came out really fast despite how busy it was and was one of the best Nando’s we’d had. Thank you! :

Laura is fantastic, very accommodating helpful. The restaurant was busy but she still took the time to sit down with me and help me with the APP.

I had a fantastic experience at Nando's in Chelmsford! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked peri-peri chicken. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was quick despite being busy. I'll definitely be returning soon!
