Back Inn Time American - Chelmsford

The menu had a limited selection, as is common in many places, but I was thrilled to find gluten-free and dairy-free ribs available as a starter. They were delicious, and I was just happy to be able to enjoy a starter, which is often difficult for me! For my main course, I had steak with chips and salad, and it was excellent. They offered sorbet for dessert, but I opted for cocktails instead. The staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout my visit.

The restaurant had a limited selection of food items, and there was no gluten-free menu or allergen information available. The staff relied on their memory for allergen details, which felt quite untrustworthy. I couldn’t have cheese because it was used as an anti-stick agent. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling ill afterward due to cross-contamination.
