Safeway Liquor - Chehalis

For 25 years, I've been a customer at this establishment and have never experienced anything like this before. The manager informed me that my check hadn't been processed and that I needed to call a number to get it approved due to a new check system in place. It’s frustrating that I, as the customer, am now responsible for obtaining approval through Safeway's check system. I requested a manager to call me back, but all I received was an automated message. It was a painful experience, and I am reminded that I have plenty of shopping options. I won’t feel comfortable returning until I receive an apology for this situation.

My pharmacy appointment was not honored. I arrived 10 minutes early and ended up waiting for 45 minutes after my scheduled time! This experience was really disappointing. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I usually don't buy alcohol, but when I needed a little vodka, they had just what I was looking for. I recommend the upper floor for Wodka—it's a great choice!

The pharmacy is terrible here. SM Safeway you can do better.

The store is fine. Just wanted to add that Jennifer A. is an insufferable authoritarian Karen. People like her need to take a long walk on a short pier. Mad that businesses don't enforce an idiotic an unconstitutional mandate. Which is NOT a law. Contrary to what's in her bird brain. Hope she never comes back. Keep that ish in your ish-hole looney city. Mass psychosis is right! That is all.
