The Burger Experience - Cheektowaga

If I could do a review without actually picking a star, but not an option. I ordered through Door Dash, they left out a whole order of fries there was no seasoning on the fries like I paid for. The worst was the burger I received. First, there was supposed to be bacon and there was none. Also there wasn't supposed to have onions and there was a huge slice. To top it off, they put a spoiled piece of lettuce on it. Disgusting! I'm warning everyone I know to not order from

I thought people were exaggerating about only getting plain burgers. They were not. This place sucks. Totally wrong order. What I did recieve was raw in the middle

They run out of another restaurant and have no signs on the outside. Also their drink carriers are paper thin and poorly assembled spilled nearly a 2 liter worth of cola simply by casually lifting the carrier by its carry handle. An absolutely terrible execution of every aspect of running a restaurant.

Ordered this evening, took 45 minutes to get my food and when I did it was cold and completely incorrect. Like most reviews on here say: no matter what you order you will get a plain cold burger. This picture is supposed to be a double cheeseburger with extra sauce, bacon, and onions. Sad excuse for an establishment and it is an absolute SCAM!!!!!!

Randomly decided to try this place and BAD IDEA. Ordered a classic cheese burger and a bacon cheese burger and they came 100% plain- just meat, cheese and bread! No condiments or lettuce, tomatoes or onion like it leads to believe. Both of the burgers I ordered were sloppy greasy messes with a smooshed, grease soaked bun. The fries and onion rings I ordered were both cold and didn?t taste fresh even though my door dasher delivered the food promptly. I?m not one to write
