Dunkin' - Cheektowaga

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I'm not sure if it was due to our appearance or our religion, but the staff did not treat us kindly. We ordered two Beyond sausages on English muffins, but instead received them on croissants. I also inquired about the number of hash browns included in an order, and was told there would be six, but we only got four. Additionally, it took an excessive amount of time for our food to arrive. I will be taking action regarding this matter.

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts for a coffee and a donut. The coffee was hot and flavorful, and the donut was delicious and fresh.

You know I’m a big fan of Dunkin! The coffee was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the sandwich (a bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese). The service was also very polite and friendly.

Not a fan of the coffee. Server dropped my donut and that was the last one there, so I cannot comment on the donuts. Most of my family enjoyed it though.

My server dropped the only sour cream donut, on the floor that I ordered. She was nice enough not to charge me for the next one. Coffee was meh.
