フィードバックを提供するI’m not sure why the lobby needs another remodel so soon after they recently removed the play area. That's actually one of the reasons to stay here. However, the new remodeling started tonight, and according to a sign, they’ve disabled app orders for internal collection. Why is that so complicated? The young lady in the drive-thru was very friendly and gave a nice smile, which was appreciated. I had rated them three stars a week ago, but now as I drove by at 5:45, both lanes were closed even though the whole place was lit up. I think I’ll have to downgrade my rating.
The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. The staff were laughing and giggling throughout the ordering process, completely ignoring the customers. They didn’t even say thank you after we finished our meal, despite getting paid for their work. Also, if the ice machine isn’t working, maybe they should take down the sign that advertises ice.
There are always cars parked out front, as drivers wait for their riders, thinking it will make their trips quicker. However, there are more cars than parking spots available, leading to congestion if there’s no other parking option in line.
Why do they have people who move to park and wait for their order? disnt they ask me what I wanted for my nuggets, so now wait in spening more time. 6 cars, sitting here waiting for dinner. food: 1/5
Giving three stars because I asked for no onions lettuce or tomato or pickles and I got everything on my sandwich except for lettuce... I understand they must be busy and I hit them during rush hour but that's still no excuse!
