Batterflyay - Чайковское

We visited the café based on recommendations from locals. We ordered a simple Caesar salad, two burgers, and lemonade. First of all, the waiter didn’t know the menu and failed to mention that the fries would be inside the burgers. Secondly, the patty was greasy, overcooked, and hardly resembled a burger patty at all. The dressing on the Caesar salad was more like mayonnaise; I won't even mention the parmesan and iceberg lettuce, as it seems they decided to substitute iceberg with Napa cabbage. Essentially, the Caesar was just a pile of croutons drenched in mayo, with almost no chicken to be found. The chefs urgently need more training. The prices are absolutely not reflective of the quality of the food.

We experienced a long wait for our order, and the food did not match what was described on the menu. The pizza was served raw. However, they fixed everything after we pointed it out. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Polite waitstaff, delicious dishes, affordable prices, and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The shashlik left me completely disappointed, both the chicken and the pork. The portions were tiny, and the meat was overcooked, dry, and tough—clearly made from old meat.

The food is terrible! The chefs seem like children who are just hanging out with the waitstaff. It's a mess! It feels like the parents have left, and the kids are just having a good time.
